Why No Refunds?

- Ensure fair pricing for our committed customer base

Exceptional Circumstances
While we do not offer standard refunds, we will consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases made in error (within 48 hours)
- Technical incompatibility preventing basic functionality (documented proof required)
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:
- Cancel from your Dashboard account settings
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
- Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle
- Your license key will be deactivated at period end
Chargebacks
Important: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate termination of your license and account access
- Permanent ban from future Memento services
- Legal action to recover costs and fees
